Let's be honest... Every family has that story. The one that gets brought up at every birthday party. The cousin who disappeared for three days. The secret that everyone somehow knew except the person it was about. The abuela who still reminds you of something you did when you were eight. That's exactly why we're launching Chisme Confessions. We want to hear your funniest family stories, heartfelt memories, unexpected secrets, and unforgettable moments. Whether they make us laugh, cry, or wonder how your family survived them, we know every story has something special.

Why Chisme?

Finding Jose is a film about family, identity, and the stories that shape us.

Some of those stories are emotional. Some are complicated. And some are absolutely hilarious. Growing up, family gatherings always came with laughter, storytelling, and just enough gossip to keep everyone entertained. "¿Ya supiste?" was usually the beginning of a story you couldn't walk away from. We realized those moments aren't unique to our family, they're something so many of us share.

What Happens to Your Story?

We'll be reading and sharing select submissions through videos, social media, and future content throughout the filmmaking journey. Some stories might inspire conversations about family, culture, or growing up between two worlds. Others might simply remind us why we love getting together in the first place. You can submit anonymously or tell us a little about yourself, it's completely up to you.
